Nasdaq Dubai, welcomed the admission of two Sukuk tap issuances by the UAE Federal Government, acting through the Ministry of Finance (MoF). Each issuance is valued at AED 550 million and forms part of the UAE’s Treasury Sukuk Programme.
The total admission of AED 1.1 billion includes:
AED 550,000,000 Treasury Sukuk due 2027
AED 550,000,000 Treasury Sukuk due 2029
With the addition of these listings, the current total outstanding value of UAE Federal Government Sukuk listed on Nasdaq Dubai now exceeds USD 5.4 billion across 6 issuances.
These latest admissions underscore Nasdaq Dubai’s commitment in facilitating the UAE’s efforts to deepen domestic capital markets and enhance dirham-denominated investment instruments. By supporting the Treasury Sukuk Programme, the exchange continues to align with the Federal Government’s broader agenda of building a diversified and sustainable financial ecosystem.
The total value of UAE Federal Government Sukuk listed on Nasdaq Dubai now surpasses USD 5.4 billion, bringing the exchange’s overall Sukuk listings to USD 93.5 billion—reinforcing its status as one of the world’s foremost venues for Islamic finance.
